This website is run by Raised by Future Records FZE, trading as BeART Production. The company is registered in Fujairah Creative City, United Arab Emirates (licence 5973/2014). We work in Dubai and across the UAE. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean this company.
This website is not an offer
This website shows our work and tells you how to reach us. It is not an offer. Prices, packages and availability shown here, including those given to AI assistants and agents that read this site, are for information only. A booking exists only when we confirm it in a written quotation and you accept it.
Using this website
You can browse this website and contact us. Please do not try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the website or our systems.
Our photos and videos
The photos, videos, texts and design on this website belong to us or to our clients and partners, who allowed us to show them. All rights are reserved. Showing a work here does not give you a licence to use it. If you want to use any of our content, write to us first. A licence is valid only if we confirm it in writing.
You may not copy content from this website by automated means, and you may not use it to train, fine-tune or test artificial intelligence models, without our written permission. Our robots.txt file says the same to automated tools.
If you want a work removed
If you are our client and want a project removed from this website, write to us and we will remove it within 2 working days. If you appear in a photo or video and want it removed, write to us and we will remove it within 24 hours. Email info@beartpro.com and tell us the page and the photo.
Our internal app
We run an internal app, "BeArt Social Agent", that connects to our own Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages. Only our team uses it. It has no outside users and no sign-in for other people or businesses. How it handles data is described in section 5 of our Privacy Policy. The app also sends replies to direct messages sent to our Instagram accounts. Some replies are prepared by Eva, our AI assistant, as described in section 3 of our Privacy Policy.
Links to other services
This website links to other services, such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Vimeo and LinkedIn. They have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or how they work.
Bookings and projects
These terms cover only the use of this website. Shoots, rentals and other projects are covered by the quotation and the terms we send for each project.
No warranties
We keep the information on this website accurate, but it may change or contain mistakes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss caused by using this website or relying on its content.
