Data Deletion Instructions

Raised by Future Records FZE, trading as BeART Production ("BeART"), operates the application "BeArt Social Agent", which works with Instagram and Facebook through Meta's official interfaces (see section 5 of our Privacy Policy at beartpro.com/privacy). This page explains how to ask us to delete data about you or your Instagram account.
What we may hold
- For public Instagram business or creator accounts: the username; for posts that contain our work, the post link, its date, its numbers of likes and comments, and which of our photographs it matches; for other posts we checked, only the post ID.
- For people who commented on our Instagram posts or sent a direct message to our accounts: your username or name, and the text and time of your comments or messages, including copies in our internal work queue and in notices to our staff.
- For people who contacted us by email or WhatsApp: the emails or messages you sent.
- For website visitors: daily totals only. The one-day code we use to count visitors is deleted at the end of each day, and our server logs, which include IP addresses, are deleted within 15 days.
We do not store images or videos from Instagram.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to info@beartpro.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Include your Instagram username or a link to your profile (for Instagram data), or the email address or phone number you used to contact us (for other data).
- We may ask you to confirm that the account or contact details belong to you.
What happens next
- We reply by email with a reference number for your request.
- Within 30 days of your request we delete the data we hold about the account or person you named, including copies in our internal work queue and in notices to our staff, and confirm by email when the deletion is complete. Copies in our backups are deleted as the backups rotate.
- For an Instagram account, we also add it to a list that our systems skip and remove it from the accounts our data connector follows, so that we stop collecting its posts. If you write to our Instagram accounts again later, we will receive your new messages.
- If we must keep any item to comply with a legal obligation or to defend a legal claim, we tell you which item and why, and delete it as soon as that reason ends.
You can reply to our email at any time to ask about the status of your request.
If you connected your own account to our app
Our application does not need your account to be connected to it: it reads only public information of business and creator accounts. The only accounts connected to it are the four accounts listed in section 5 of our Privacy Policy. If you ever authorised our app yourself, you can remove it in your Facebook or Instagram settings (under "Business integrations" or "Apps and websites") and then email us as described above. Removing the app does not notify us automatically, so please also send the email.
