ZOR, "superb" in Uzbek, opened in Dubai in 2020 at The Pointe on Palm Jumeirah, serving plov and Central Asian dishes built on ingredients sourced directly from Uzbekistan; today the concept operates as Grand ZOR at Fairmont The Palm and Bluewaters Island.
